Post-Christmas fun!

Christmas was lots of fun. I got lots of presents and santa came to visit twice!! Once on Christmas Eve at mormor and morfar's and once at home when he came at night when he left presents in my, Greta's and Felix's stockings. I like Christmas. There was lots of food and chocolate too. When we got home it started to snow and there has been lots of snow. The car was almost invisible this morning; it was covered in snow. The snowplough has just left a metre high snow pile at the end of the drive...just as well we moved the car to the other side of the house isn't it! Felix and Moster Sara were here yesterday and that was lots of fun! We made pizza for dinner and daddy used his new pie-rolling pin! He likes it lots and thinks it will inspire him to cook more! Mummy likes that idea!

I love cheese

I hope that there is lots of cheese this Christmas. I love cheese. I am strong enough now to pick up the cheese from the table and nibble it. I feel rather like a little mouse but it works well and I get to taste the cheese. Lots of snow has fallen these past couple of days and we have all been outside to clear the snow so that we can get out the front door, get the car onto the road and get my pram round the house onto the deck. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and Santa is coming in the afternoon with lots of presents for us all. I can't wait!! Noel is excited too and hopes that the gets lots of presents. I simply hope that I get more cheese.

walk walk I can I can

I have been trying to walk for so long now. Noel does it all the time, but I go so inspired by my cousin Felix who can walk. He isn't much bigger than me so I thought, this can't be too difficult. I am getting better and everyone gets so excited every time I try I wonder if I should trick people for a long time that I can't walk? It is very tempting. Tonight mummy have been making Christmas sweets. I wasn't allowed to taste them or be in the kitchen as mummy said it was very hot and I could burn myself. I watched Young Einsteins with Noel instead. I like dancing to the music and watching all the places they go to on their adventures. I wonder if we will go somewhere exciting soon?

Sometime I get so tired by thinking

Mummy and daddy like this thinking thing! I am not so sure about it, it just makes me very tired and then I have to get daddy to carry me around. Today we lit the third candle on our advent crown. It was a candle mummy or Greta made at playgroup. My candle we lit for advent one and now it is the shortest! We had a little snow this morning and everything looked pretty and white. It is still cold, but there is not much snow! I long for snow. This is going to my final week at dagis before Christmas. I hope we have lots of fun and sing lots of Christmas Carols. Tomorrow we will celebrate Lucia at dagis. Today is St Lucia's Day, but dagis isn't open on Sundays. I hope you all have a good St Lucia's day!

Playing at vampires

Vampires are in and this is me in my vampire bed with my cuddly Harry that I got from my Great Aunt and Uncle who I visited this summer in England. This week has gone very quickly and I had my last English class of the year. We have been singing lots at dagis recently and on Monday we will perform lots of songs for our parents. It is Lucia on Sunday but we celebrate it on Monday as we don't go to dagis on Sundays. It is still very dark here, but mummy said something about the days getting longer soon and that the snow may just come in time for Christmas. I hope so as it is such fun build tunnels and castles in the snow.

I am 1!

Today is my birthday and I got lots of lovely presents. Godfather Peter, Raija and Kattegatt gave me a lovely grey dress with a hood! I have read that hoods are trendy; they also keep your ears warm which I think is far more important. I had lots of lovely cake and had lots of fun. We had a big party at mormor and morfar's. I like parties and cannot wait until we celebrate Jesus' birthday even if he is a bit old. I cannot image that anyone can be older than daddy. It is still dark here. I have heard about snow that is white and fluffy, but it has not come yet. Daddy keeps making fires to keep us warm. I like fires they are so pretty. Noel wants some warm milk so I guess I will have to go and help daddy!

A picture from the summer

I've been hunting through my summer photos and found this one of one of the many things I constructed this summer. I like building and creating new things. On Monday Greta her first birthday. I don't remember what life was like before she was born, but I really like having her around. She laughs lots and does lots of naughty things. She is growing fast and soon will be talking and telling me what to do. I hope she gets lots of fun presents that I can also play with. She plays with my toys so I think it would only be fair if she gets toys that I also think are fun...

I am learning so much from Noel

Noel is a really cool big brother. He is teaching so much about how to be grown up. I haven't quite got everything sorted and can't shout as loudly as he does although I am sure that I can scream from higher and louder than he can. Today mummy baked lots of Lucia cats. They look really good and in fact even taste very good. She also made some Christmas müsli! Totally wonderful it smells. I have already had my bath today as I got a bit messy when eating this afternoon. Noel helped me have a super good time in the bath and we helped mummy clean the bathroom floor by splashing lots!

My favourite dress

This is my favourite dress. I hope I don't grow out of it too quickly or that mummy and daddy have been super clever and have also bought the next size too! I am beginning to like books and magazines. Today I read a glossy mag over breakfast. I also covered it in butter which did not impress daddy at all. Mummy is having a sort out today and there are papers everywhere. It looks remarkably like the normal state of daddy's office in the basement. Perhaps daddy is always sorting but never gets around to finishing. I must watch mummy and learn from her rather than daddy!

Just to prove that we had snow!

Before the English weather arrived in Umeå, we had snow! Greta and I went outside lots and played. Mummy was super good at pulling us around the garden on our sledge. I cannot wait until we get to the big hill! At the moment it is green and soggy, but hopefully by Christmas it is white and good for sledging. Mummy keeps talking about buying me some new skis so I can go skiing. In the garage there are lots of skis, mummy and daddy seem to have more skis than they have feet. Today the sun has come out so soon it will be out into the garden!

Noel had a birthday

This week Noel had a birthday but I had lots of fun too! We had made him a cake and that meant that I got to eat lots of cream! YUM YUM! I think that more cake should be baked at home. Daddy keeps making bread and that is no where as much fun to eat as cake. Noel is going to have a party on Sunday for his friends from dagis and I hope that tomorrow there will be lots of baking and cream quality control for me! The weather has been rather awful this week. Daddy keeps saying it is like England in the winter! Wet, grey and with soggy leaves everywhere. Noel keeps saying we should fly to England, but if it is like this I am not so sure. I prefer to sit in front of the fire daddy has made and keep warm and dry.

Mum and Dad go out to play

The other weekend mormor and morfar came to stay and looked after us when mummy and daddy when to a big party at the university. Daddy worn funny clothes and mummy wore a matching dress. Greta decided she had to get up around midnight to make sure that mummy and daddy were not up too late. We had lots of fun with mormor and morfar and hope that they come and look after us again very soon. Today it is snowing and everything is turning white. We will have to go out into the garden and bring in the things that are still outside that should come in for the winter. I think that daddy will light a fire today so that it is all cosy. Perhaps we will also light some candles once it gets dark this afternoon. Mum and dad bought hundreds the other year in a big box! I have to encourage them to use them up!

Bedtime is fun

Going to be can be fun. It was lots of fun when Felix was visiting and we got to play in bed before the lights were turned out. I hope he comes to visit again soon. Today I came home from dagis after lunch and have a fun afternoon relaxing at home with mummy and Greta. Mummy's cold is getting better. Tomorrow is Saturday so daddy is at home; I wonder what we are going to do. Hopefully something exciting. I am beginning to think about my birthday and am totally looking forward to it. I hope everyone remembers, not that I am sure when it is but soon it must be as I am the next child on the list at dagis to have a birthday.

A very big orange

last week mummy came up from the cellar with a very big orange. She called it a pumpkin, but that is my nick-name! Mummy cut a face in it and took lots of flesh out of it so daddy could bake pumpkin pies. I wasn't too impressed and neither was mummy. Daddy like it lots which was just as well as he has made two pies!!! This morning there was some snow on the ground and when I got home from dagis I had lots of fun outside moving it around. Hopefully there will be lots more very soon. Greta is getting bigger and likes playing with my toys. I had practice last week when Cousin Felix came to visit, so I have a good idea what it is going to be like in a few months time when Great can walk and move around on her own....

Planning my week

I have noticed that daddy is not good at planning and that mummy is very good. I have therefore decided that I will have a diary when I get bigger. It is such fun to read mummy's diary and see what she is doing. Daddy has his on the internet and it is rarely correct. I really wonder how he has been able to get anything done on time or make appointments. Perhaps he has some secret method that he will teach me when I get older. Moster Sara and Felix are visiting and we have had lots of fun today. Tomorrow will be fun too. Mormor is coming to pick up Moster Sara and Felix and take them to Skellefteå.

Trying on daddy's PhD hat!

Today I was at uni to listen to daddy's installation lecture. I thought it was really boring and did lots of drawing with morfar while daddy talked. Some people thought it was interesting but they were grown ups and we know how odd they are, don't we. This evening mummy and daddy are going out to dinner and are dressing up in very funny clothes. Mormor and morfar are coming to take care of us. It is always really good when they come and sleep over! This week moster Sara and Felix are coming to visit to. It is going to be a busy week. I hope I have more time to blog this week and I haven't been very good recently....

Enjoying the Autumn sun

The other day I was outside in my winter overall enjoying the autumn sun. Noel played on the swings and in his sandpit. I wondered around the lawn looking at the flowers and following mummy and daddy around. Right now daddy is making soup and Noel is having his haircut for his dagis photo on Wednesday. Tomorrow he has his English class with Penny. He looks forward to that lots and calls Tuesday Pennyday! I hope that I can start English classes soon as it might help me understand daddy who is difficult to understand most of the time.

Playing together

Sometimes we play together and have heaps of fun. This week we have played lots together as mum and dad have been rather boring. Daddy stayed at home with us yesterday and the three of us lots of fun. Greta slept and Noel didn't want to go outside and decided to have a pyjamas morning and refused to get dressed until mummy called to say she was on the way home. What power mummy has! Today we went to look at space again. It was dark with lots of stars, planets and milky way...mummy was upset there wasn't lots of chocolate. We have no idea what she was talking about!

Waiting for mormor and morfar

This morning I woke up early and got daddy up. Then Noel woke and sat on the sofa and said to daddy: "let's watch tv and wait for mormor and morfar to arrive." Noel is on tenterhooks waiting for the to arrive. I am simply crawling around and trying the wood that daddy has brought upstairs to light the fire with. Last night we had a lovely fire and Noel put white things in the fire and then ate them. I wasn't allowed any. We played in the garden last night before dinner. I had meatballs and pasta. I like water too now and can splash it all around me when eating. Noel isn't allowed to do that.

Mum and dad need help to learn how to clean

I really don't understand why mum and dad never manage to clean properly. The other night I had to clean the hob...there were marks on it! I also cleaned all the surfaces in the kitchen. I wonder what mummy and daddy were doing while I was cleaning. Tomorrow is dagis and gympa (PE) and English. I will start with breakfast at dagis and have a super exciting day. I have a new garage toy! It is wonderful and fun to play with. Greta has fallen asleep again. I think dinner was too much for her tonight and she needs to rest before supper and going to bed.

Sunday, 13 September 2009

I can wave and walk!

I am so good at walking now that I can wave and walk at the same time. I have eight teeth now so I can eat even more yummy things. I like much more than Noel who seems to think that the oven does something dangerous to food. I wonder how he will cope with his birthday cake this year or if I will have to eat it all up for him. The weather is rather splendid today, sun, no wind and a fascinating light. I think I will go to sleep now. I have been up with daddy for a long time. Noel got up early as he was hungry. I think this has something to do with him not eating his dinner last night, but I am not sure I really understand good yet.

Thursday, 3 September 2009

Wow, a piece of wood

I like pieces of wood! The nice machine that came to chop down our trees made lots of them. Greta doesn't understand my fascination for bits of wood. Today I found some lost glasses on the way home from dagis. I also got to play lots outside at dagis today and that was lots of fun. Next week my English classes start on Tuesday. I wonder what we are going to in them. Talk English I guess will be part of the fun we will have. Winter is coming and it is dark when I go to bed now. Soon the snow will come. I watched Bob the Builder in Danish tonight. That was super funny. Everyone sounded so funny.

Wednesday, 2 September 2009

The trees have gone

Yesterday I got to stay home from dagis to watch the machines take down the trees in the garden. It was absolutely the best. Now there is lots of light in the sitting room and I can see directly into the neighbour's garden to see if it is time to play. The machine was big and took hold the tree and once cut it lifted it up and put into on a lorry that looked just like morfar's and took away the tree. Daddy wanted to keep some to burn next year so we have a pile of logs in the garden that I will have to help chop. Daddy takes such a long time to get around to doing anything....

Investigating

I enjoy investigating and there are so many things that I find lying around on the floor. Most of the things belong to Noel, but there are almost as many things belonging to daddy and a few that belong to mummy. Some of the things go bang, some flash and some are simply funny. Today Noel has been very excited about tomorrow. The men will come with their machines to chop down some trees. I wonder if it will be as exciting as Noel thinks or if it will simply ruin my morning nap!

Noel goes away!

On Friday Noel climbed into a big red lorry and drove away with morfar. He was very excited about travelling in a lorry to see mormor and make a cake for mummy's birthday. Tomorrow he will come back with morfar and mormor. I am looking forward to them coming home as it is so quiet here. Today we went shopping but mummy and daddy didn't buy very much. They tried really hard and looked at lots of things. I am sure I will be much better when I get older. Mummy and daddy have been cleaning today and I think Noel is in for a couple of surprises tomorrow when he gets home. I am looking forward to his return.

Thursday, 27 August 2009

Noel is going away tomorrow

This weekend I am going to have quality time with mummy and daddy. Noel is going away with morfar in a big red lorry tomorrow. Noel went for a trip with morfar this evening to make sure that his chair fitted properly and to check that Noel liked travelling in a lorry! He did. I woke up early this morning and got daddy out of bed at 5:30. I managed to trick daddy into thinking that it was 6:30! He is so easily tricked. This evening I ate some courgette that mummy had grown in the garden. Soon we will have to eat courgette every day as the plants are producing lots of them.

Wednesday, 26 August 2009

Pressing flowers with mummy

Mummy has this super cool flower press that you squash flowers in and then put in the microwave to make them dry. This is fun. Once dried I can make cards with them. Now that Autumn is here the flowers in the garden are dying. Soon there will be snow and I can use my winter toys. I found them in the garage at the weekend and wanted to try them on the lawn, but daddy wasn't too keen. He said I had to wait for the snow. Last night morfar arrived and I was allowed to say goodnight to him before I went to sleep. He will come back tonight and then we will play lots and build with my lego.

Tuesday, 25 August 2009

Opps...berries are soooooo good

This summer I have discovered the delights of berries. There are so many of these red things in the garden and in picnic boxes that I have had the best of summers. In the garden Noel and his friend Nellie spend many hours picking the red currants from the bush in the garden, mummy spends hours inside a cage picking strawberries and daddy keeps asking why his blueberry bush has no fruit! Luckily we found lots in the forest. Yesterday mummy and Noel made a gooseberry pudding with chocolate drops on top. We dug up 20kgs of potatoes at the weekend. I think we will be eating potatoes for a while.

Monday, 24 August 2009

Looking after Greta

Every now and then I help Greta with her development. She is younger than me, smaller and rather funny. We both like bananas. Greta hasn't yet learnt that you need to peel them. This is not difficult, but once achieved the banana is always worth the effort. Greta agrees! This weekend daddy has been in the garden sawing wood for the winter. There was lots of it to chop. It had been drying in the garden since grandpa and grandam came for Christmas before I was born. I always wondered what was hidden at the bottom of the garden. Hopefully this means that we won't get cold this winter.

Wednesday, 12 August 2009

Summer on the beach

It was warm this weekend and I got to go to the beach with everyone. Mormor, morfar, mummy, daddy, and Noel. We had lots of fun and I got to sit on the sand and eat strawberries. We have lots of these and raspberries and red currants in the garden and I like eating all things red. So far this week I have had mummy to myself in the mornings as Noel had gone to work with daddy. What he does with daddy I have no idea. Oddly mummy and I find him at some place where children play in the afternoon, but we don't find daddy there. I wonder where daddy goes!

Tuesday, 11 August 2009

Laughing

I have this little sister called Greta and she is funny. I have been laughing lots with Greta this week. She is crawling and almost has it fully sorted, but until then I can laugh as she tries to do things and gets frustrated trying. Not that I ever get frustrated of course...This weekend mormor and morfar stayed over on Saturday night. We had lots of fun. We went swimming in the lake and we played in a big adventure playground. I got to pick lots of strawberries last night and mummy was all excited about her courgettes. Tonight I think we are going to eat them for dinner. I wonder how they will be prepared.

Sunday, 2 August 2009

15 litres of strawberries

I love strawberries and mummy has finally realised this. She bought 15 litres last week when we were in town. She said something about then being very cheap. The day was spent making jam, chocolate and strawberry muffins, juice and putting some in the freezer for the winter. Of course I had to eat some when no one was watching. Daddy got carried away yesterday and chopped some branches of a tree that he claimed was in the way of the window. Where the window was going I have no idea, and it is still in our house. This evening I talked to George and Lara. Soon it is bedtime and daisy cow will be over.

Friday, 31 July 2009

Mormor to myself

When Noel was in England with daddy I had mormor to myself. Mormor and morfar came to stay for a few days and we had a bonding session without Noel distracting mormor and morfar. I had lots of fun and send mormor and morfar home very tired. I also worked hard on getting mummy tired before daddy got home too. Since he has been home I have been working on getting him super-tired too. I think I am succeeding well. Today I was so successful that I feel asleep immediately after breakfast.

Tuesday, 28 July 2009

Pappa Kirk can bake too!

Pappa Kirk can bake too. Yesterday we went to the boat at Gammlia and picked lots of blueberries on the way. So many that when we got home daddy decided that he had to make some blueberry muffins. They were super yummy. I hope he can make some more soon. We managed to miss the rain but going in the afternoon. In the morning we just took a little walk that ended when the rain came. We got to talk to cousin George on skype last night. I could see him on daddy's computer. I hope that soon I can talk to farmor and farfar again.

Sunday, 26 July 2009

Baking

Today is my cousin Felix's birthday. Mummy and Noel decided to bake a cake for Felix that we could eat in Umeå as we miss eating his yummy birthday cake. They succeeded really well in making a tiger cake that looked like a sunflower. Mummy could almost be one of those American housewives in those American Cookery books that daddy and grandma have. What's more eveyone liked the cake lots and ate almost half of it for afternoon tea. The weather has been mixed today. I have spent lots of time outside on the swings. Noel has been outside much more than me and keeps taking daddy outside with him. Noel has also be watching Peppa Pig! He came back from England with it and loves it lots! I think it is funny too.

Wednesday, 22 July 2009

At the zoo

I went to the zoo last week and here is a picture to prove it. Tomorrow we go home. I can't wait to see mummy and Greta. I think daddy can't wait either even if he has been packing all evening and hoping that he has everything. He spent lots of time with farmor/grandma today and looked in lots of drawers and boxes. I did too and I found lots of lovely things that I have made daddy bring home. I am not sure he is too happy about my choices....he was equally happy when I got chocolate on the clothes I am wearing tomorrow on the plane after he had packed all my clothes. Poor daddy.

Thursday, 16 July 2009

Whose bread am I going to steal?

Whose bread am I going to steal now that Noel and Daddy are going to England. They leave very soon and will be away for a week. I am going to have fun at home with mummy. I wonder what we will be doing. I am getting new teeth so hopefully we will be trying lots of new things to eat. Yesterday we went to the neighbour's for coffee and I enjoyed that lots as I got to eat some water melon. Daddy and Noel have promised to use skype to talk and wave to me. I hope that Uncle Paul can help daddy connect to the internet so we can wave to each other. Perhaps Noel will want to wave to mormor and morfar, and Felix as well?

Tuesday, 14 July 2009

How does my garden grow

I thought I was getting big until I took a walk around our garden. The lupines were taller than me. Perhaps next year I will be bigger. I hope so. So many things in the garden are bigger than me, the trees are much bigger than even daddy. Luckily daddy has cut the lawn quite a lot recently so the lawn is not like a jungle. Soon daddy and I go to England. I have been saving my English. I hope mummy and Greta can cope without me and look after all my toys. Greta is getting so interested in them.

Monday, 13 July 2009

So pretty!

Life has been so busy recently that I just haven't had time to write. I have spent lots of time riding on mummy's back and being carried by daddy. We went for a walk the rain last week and Noel wrapped a snake around his neck. No, he wasn't outside, but inside in a snake and spider zoo. He liked it lots. Daddy wasn't so keen on the snake. This weekend moster Sara, Morbror Chrille and Felix came to visit. I had lots of fun and am still the smallest. I like being the smallest as you get carried lots and gets lots of attention. I got a baptism present. It is so much fun that Noel keeps hiding it from me.

Monday, 29 June 2009

Mummy can row!

Mummy can row! She was so good at it that she could make the boat go where she wanted it to go. Daddy didn't even try. In fact he and I stayed on dry-land. Only brother and mummy went to sea. Noel is away at mormor and morfar's for a few days and I am at home with mummy and daddy. It is very quiet and a bit boring without Noel. The sun shines and makes every one rather lethargic. There is a nice breeze that blows and keeps my pram cool when I take my morning and afternoon naps. I think daddy should think about cutting the lawn soon before it turn totally white with clover flowers.

Sunday, 28 June 2009

Boating

Like the good Swede I am I was out boating this weekend in the lovely weather. I learnt that when in danger to blow the whistle attached to my life-jacket. I found it so much fun to blow that I kept doing it even when told not to. Greta didn't come boating with me, but stayed on dry land and slept. She does that lots. She had slept all morning again today. She wakes everyone up early and then goes back to sleep...

Saturday, 27 June 2009

I like music

I am thinking of turning to music. I hear that you can make lots of money and travel lots if you are good at it. The other week I was the only person to stand and watch a band. I thought they were fascinating. The weather has been hot today and I had lots of fun outside. Of course, I slipped, slapped, slopped. Greta did as well. She slept lots as well. I wonder when the strawberry flowers will turn into red strawberries. I look every day, but nothing seems to be happening. The rhubarb has gone mad and the chillies are producing lots of fruit, but where, oh where are the strawberries?

Tuesday, 23 June 2009

Strawberries are forever!

This is the lovely strawberry cake that my brother made for midsummer. Mummy also managed to keep his hands off it until it was tea-time, but as you can see she failed. The weather has been really good the past few days and I have had a good time at home in the garden using my baby swing. Mummy and daddy have been sorting the hedge and they dig plants up and then plant them somewhere else. A very odd behaviour me thinks!

Sunday, 21 June 2009

Numberjacks

We had a dressing up day at dagis and I decided not to be fluffy pink princess, but to be creative and inspired of Numberjacks. After cutting up one of daddy's ties and colouring in lots of numberjacks mummy attached them to the remains of daddy's tie and one of her hats. I became a numberjack boy for the day! I was the only one at dagis among the pink princesses and pirates. Soon I will be a sought after designer.

Saturday, 20 June 2009

Summer colours

Summer is full of bright fun colours. I like this, even when daddy wears his bright orange shirt. The colours go so well the summery carry slings that mummy is carrying me around in at the moment. Yesterday Noel got to ride on daddy's back in a boring brown thing. He was very happy and enjoyed the evening walk on daddy's back before he got to eat some strawberry cake that I was only able to look at and think next year....

Friday, 19 June 2009

midsummer children

Today was midsummer and the weather was not wet! It was super warm and we got up early to pick flowers and make midsummer crowns. Greta and I had the prettiest ones. We went to Gammlia and did some dancing, looked at the animals, had tea with Huahui and saw a boat. I liked the boat lots and mummy has promised we can go back and look at it again. She talked about next time it rains we can go there. I hope it rains soon. We also made a lovely strawberry cake that was so big we will have to eat more tomorrow. Yummy!

Saturday, 13 June 2009

Sometimes things are so interesting

So much has happened today. Mormor and morfar were here. I forgot to take lots of pictures. Morfar and daddy took away lots of things to the re-cycling centre. I went with them, but it was a bit cold so I stayed in the car. Daddy chopped down lots of bushes this week and he keeps saying they will grow quickly. I don't get it. Chop something down and to make them grow! The other week I got to look at some exciting machines that were working hard outside. Now that I am big I can climb up on the wall and watch. Awesome!

Sunday, 7 June 2009

Watching Noel sing!

The other week they had a BBQ at Noel's dagis and after we have eaten his class sang lots of songs for us. Noel didn't seem to be very interested in the singing and kept his mouth closed almost all the time. After the singing I had to watch everyone eat chocolate cake and drink coffee! It is so unfair. This morning I had a wonderful breakfast. I got to eat some thin bread things. Noel ate some too so I felt very grown up. Today I have to help daddy vote. He still has understood Swedish politics or how you put the party list in an envolope! He wants to make a cross in a box!

Building in the garden

I like helping out in the garden and I like building so what could be more fun that building planting boxes for the garden. A little song and a little banging the box was soon put together. The other week morfar brought some even bigger boxes to our garden that daddy and morfar filled with compost. Soon we plant our courgettes and pumpkins in the boxes. Daddy has just lit the fire as it is so cold and damp tonight. I like watching the fire burn. Perhaps there is a Biedermann streak in me!

Eating food is as much fun as I thought

I have been dying to try food for ages. In England I wanted to get my teeth into those chocolate muffins but I wasn't allowed near them. Back home in Sweden I have been allowed to try porridge and cheeseless doodles for children. I want the grown-up ones that taste of something and that chocolate stuff that smells sooooooo good. Noel tried to feed me with a cheese sandwich which really isn't the same. I didn't get much of that either as daddy noticed and told Noel not to feed me. It is so unfair! But I get mummy's milk all to myself and that is the yummiest.

Wednesday, 27 May 2009

Summer cool

Now that beach 2009 is approaching I had to think about how to style myself to look my best. I decided to have my hair cut short. I think this was successful. I like wearing red as it gives me a tough, but thoughtful look. I hope you agree. It is windy at the moment. I hope that nothing blows away. Tomorrow I am at home all day with mummy and I hope we can play in the garden and go to the big fun playground. Perhaps mummy will let me bake something. I enjoy baking.

I can be a model too!

I have been looking through the old blog posts and learnt that Noel is thinking of becoming a model. I can do that I thought. I am just as cute and here is an out-on-the-town photo that was taken on my recent trip to England. I have learnt to turn my head so that when I face the camera my body is not facing the camera straight on. I have also learnt to smile and look directly at the camera rather than the photographer. I will have to work on developing my portfolio so that it is a multi-facited as Noel's.
