A bad day on the stock market

Sometimes I have to talk to the bank and see how my investments are going. It was worrying day today on the stock market. I am no longer sure I that I want to be a broker. It is good that I have a long time to decide. I talk about careers and career planning with my friends at dagis. It is all very difficult. Should I become a footballer, an ice hockey player, a banker or a candlestick maker? Tomorrow I will see a big fire. I like fire so I do not think I will be fireman who goes around putting them out!

Talking to Moster Sara

This morning I got up bright and early, watched some tv, played with my toys, ate breakfast and talked to moster Sara. She talked much more than me. Mummy thought I should say more, but I wasn't in the mood and it is so nice to listen to moster's voice. This afternoon we drove away to visit some friends of mummy's who live in Täfteå. They had an upstairs that I could go to without having to ask first. I like that lots. Almost as much as the cake and biscuits we got to eat when there. I think we should visit more people. We also did some gardening today and put some dead bits of plant in the compost. I like being outside.

Trying to work out how the camera works

Tonight was quality time with daddy. Mum has gone to a tango workshop. Dad and I had lots of fun and I tried to work out how a camera works. I still don't get it, but it is nice how it makes pictures that everyone can look at. I spent some time studying a map of the UK tonight and I think I now know where my English relatives live. There are two big yellow dots on the map and one is London and one is Manchester. Actually there is a big one in between them. Daddy said something about Uncle Paul studying there or something. I spent some more time with daddy moving the snow back to the road again tonight! I wish it would get hotter quicker so I didn't have to help daddy with such a silly task.

I have a bike!

I have a bike! On Friday when I was playing with my friends mummy drove away and came back with a big box. In the box was my bike, a special bike for little people that has no peddles. It is super fun. I cycled lots around the house and over the snow that daddy and I had thrown all over the pavement. Daddy is totally mad. During the winter he piles snow up on the grass in front of the house and when spring arrived to moves it back to the pavement and road. Odd is all I can say.

Walking with mummy

The other day I decided to see if mummy was still strong enough to carry me around on her back. I went to the cupboard and took out the long orange and red piece of cloth that mummy used to carry me lots when I was small. I smiled in a cute way at mummy and it worked. Within seconds I was jumping up on mummy's back. I must be heavier now than I was a year ago or mummy much weaker as I only got to walk around om mummy's back for a little while before we went to the kitchen and started to prepare dinner.

Rocking with mummy

I like music and I love rocking with mummy. Sometimes we simply rock on the sofa and other times we dance on my play mat. Mummy and daddy like to dance. I like dancing with them. Today daddy took me to dagis and mummy picked me up on her bike. I got to cycle home. The snow is beginning to go away again. Let's hope that this time it is gone until next winter. I cannot wait much longer for the strawberries to grow in the garden and for daddy to get excited over the first bits of rhubarb. He has an entire rhubarb plantation. I am not sure what he does with all the rhubarb that grows there.

Doing two things at once

Just after lunch today mormor called. As I am super smart boy I can do more than one thing at a time. When talking to mormor I attacked the mashed potato that was left in the bowl in the kitchen. Apparently I also talk in my sleep, so I also can do two things when sleeping. I am so amazed at my brilliance, yet I cannot understand why people don't understand when I ask them to do the simplest of things. Soon we are going to take a walk to the university to print out a few papers to read. I wonder what else we will do this afternoon. We are having fish for dinner.

On high with daddy

Today was good. First daddy got some new glasses in town, then I helped pick up the pizzas for dinner and then I found out we have a room in the roof! I didn't know and it is such a fun room full of things to play with and investigate. From the window you can see further than from my window. I want to move up there. I keep saying "mera upp me" (more up me) but mum and dad just said that I had to wait until morfar came to visit and show him. They are such spoil sports sometimes. The biggest problem is I cannot get upstairs without their help. I will have to think how I can get their on my own. I bet someone at dagis has some good ideas.

New sunnies now spring is here!

Spring is here everyone keeps saying. All I have seen this week is more snow. Today the sun shone and I had to put on my new sunglasses. I think they are just as cool as my old ones. I wonder what we are going to do this weekend. Daddy says we might go to town and pick up his new glasses. I love new things. I hope I can buy some new things in town tomorrow. I wonder what I need...perhaps something I can use to dig in the garden with or something for the kitchen. I like cooking and made apple pie last weekend. I like food.

Feeling sleepy with daddy

This evening I felt sleepy very early and decided to cuddle up with daddy on the sofa. We watched some children's tv programmes. Mummy made my evening drink and I cuddled up with mummy to drink it. Today the weather was not very good. It snowed again and daddy decided to take me for a long walk after he picked me up from dagis (just as well he only picks me up once a week at the moment!). We went to iksu so he could get a new card. I saw the swimming pool and wanted to go swimming but daddy said we had to go home. He promised we could go swimming very soon.

Yoga with mummy

Today I had lots of fun. Mummy had to wake daddy up for breakfast and he looked so confused. Then mummy, daddy and I did some baking as lots of people were coming round for afternoon tea. But once they had been and gone away I had the most fun doing yoga with mummy on her new yoga mat. I noticed that I haven't been training very much recently as I didn't get all my foot on the floor when standing in the dog position. I must do more training.

looking cute (again)

At the weekend I like to get up early and cuddle up on the sofa and watch children's programmes. This morning I did just this. Daddy wasn't so keen this morning at 05:30 when I woke up and told him I wanted to watch TV. I persisted and finally I got my own way and we went to the sofa. I was very good when mummy went to the shower and I helped daddy vacuum. It was super fun. I like the vacuum cleaner, it is red and has a long nose. Today we are going to do some more cleaning and sort somethings in the garden. I had lots of fun yesterday playing in the snow with my tractor.

Playing scratchies

Sometimes I get to help scratching pieces of card with numbers underneath. I don't really understand what I am doing and why sometimes mummy and daddy get excited and I can go with morfar and buy new ones and other times no one gets excited. I simply think it fun to scratch! Today the weather wasn't too good and some snow flakes have fallen from the sky. I got to try out mummy's new yoga mat and she gave me her old one. So now I have my own yoga mat. I love yoga, but I cannot understand why daddy is so bad at it and cannot get into the simplest of positions.

working on my modelling portfolio in the sauna

It is difficult learning to be a model. I tried really hard to look thoughtful and serious in the sauna in the hotel last week. This is the result. I think saunas are usually hot, but the one in mummy and daddy's hotel room was cold. I guess that was part of daddy's plan for the modelling session! He has lots of weird ideas. Mummy went to yoga tonight and daddy looked after me. Tomorrow is Friday and the last day at dagis for this week. I have had so much fun splashing the the mega-big puddle that I hope the snow keeps melting so that it gets bigger over the weekend.

Swimming with mormor and morfar

Last weekend mormor had her birthday and we all went away to a big hotel with a swimming pool for the weekend. I had so much fun and got to run around lots, look at some fish and swim with mormor and morfar (mummy, daddy, moster sara and morbror chrille also came swimming with me). I also got to eat lots of nice food and sleep lots. I was so tired after the weekend that I slept all the way home in the car. This week I have started to cycle to dagis with mummy. The snow has melted away and the road can be seen again.
