Helping Daddy decorate

Mummy and daddy are decorating and I am helping! Here you can see me making a little hole in the wall bigger! Daddy was very pleased with me (for once!); I must have found the correct place to make a big hole. Normally I don't do this in the places he wants them. Mummy and I are going to visit mormor and morfar while daddy does some complicated things with the walls at home! I hope he knows what he is doing and that he can cope without me! We shall see.

Getting ready for Dagis

Soon I start dagis (daycare) ! I have begun to practice putting on my backpack so that I can carry all my things to dagis. I will be working at the local dagis that is just over the road from daddy's office so I will still be able to keep an eye on him. We have just been to the woods and picked lots of blueberries. It was fun! I ate most of the berries I picked. Luckily mummy and daddy didn't and we came home with enough to make a blueberry pie or some blueberry muffins. I can't wait! But first we are going to have some coffee and perhaps some of the biscuits daddy made last night!

A busy week

This week has been very busy for me. On Tuesday Mormor and Morfar arrived and stayed until Wednesday evening. We did lots of things! We piled all the twigs in the garden into a trailer attached Mormor's car. I helped lots. Then I got to play with mormor while daddy and morfar drove all the twigs and other rubbish away. Then morfar and daddy pulled moved things around and pulled the paper off the walls and put some sticky stuff into the holes! I played lots with mormor. In the evening I have a bed time story. Here is a picture of me deciding which of my Tomas books I want read. Often I get lots of books read to me before I fall asleep! I have books read to me in Swedish and in English. Tonight I feel asleep with mummy! I like falling asleep with mummy. I wonder what will happen tomorrow!

Sleeping

Sometimes I sleep in very weird positions. Mummy and daddy took some photos recently to show me. Here I am hugging my chest of drawers while sleeping on the floor. I left teddy in the bed to keep it warm. This weekend was fun. I went on a boat, twice! We visited some of mummy and daddy's friends and I had lots of fun and didn't sleep until late afternoon. Yesterday we went to the beach again and I went swimming. I had such fun that I sleep until 08:34 this morning. Daddy was really impressed.

Strawberries are best!

I love strawberries and wild strawberries as well. This you can see from the photos of me eating! I don't need to say anything more. Strawberries are BEST!

Strawberries

I have learnt how to pick strawberries. I walk across the lawn to the strawberry bed, then I pull up the blue netting that mummy and daddy put there to keep small things out, and put my hand in to reach the juicy red berries. They are super good. I like summer and all the good things I find in the garden. Alas my apple tree has no fruit this year; may be next year there will be lots of apples. I don't mind too much as I can't eat apples without help from mummy or daddy.

Learning to Act

I have begun my training as an actor. Yesterday I borrowed mummy's glasses and practiced being both serious and shocked! How well do you think I succeeded. Hopefully I can get a part in a big tv soap! That would be such fun. Today mummy is at work and daddy is looking after me. I have daddy under my control. Uncle Tomas came to visit too and we played in the sandbox.

it is super fun and makes lots of cool noises! It helps me look cute and clever. Yesterday daddy and morfar clopped down a big bush in the garden and made lots of firewood for the winter. The lawn will soon be much bigger and better for playing football on.

Once I got back home

I just had to call mormor and morfar when we got back from England. I hadn't spoken to them for over a week and there was so much to tell them about the fun I had had with grandma and grandpa, Uncle Paul and Aunty Tamsin, Lara and George. I had to tell them all about the rain and the playground and the new clothes mummy and I had bought.

Cafe Nero

Cafe Nero is a coffee house that has lots of different coffees and lots of food and even better lots of muffins! I love muffins! I had one on the plane on the way to England and I got one at Cafe Nero as well. Mummy had some chocolate cake that looked good as it was both chocolate and white coloured and she keep looking so pleased when she was eating it. Grandma and grandpa only drank coffee. I like coffee too, but I only got coffee at the Trafford Centre Cafe Nero. In the one in Sale I got a lovely orange drink with a straw. This you can see on this picture of me. I think I like Cafe Nero.

Today was extra exciting

Today I went to a small farm with lots of animals called 4H-gården. I got to touch sheep and a baby cow. I also saw some piglets and rabbits. Daddy was rather silly as usual and was surprised to see the rabbit digging a hole in the ground and then disappearing into it! I suggest that he goes away and reads Watership Down. This afternoon, after my little midday nap, Uncle Freddie came to visit for afternoon tea. We drank coffee and ate some nice things mummy and daddy had baked. That reminds me, I was going to tell you all about Cafe Nero today. That will have to wait until tomorrow now.

Shopping in the Trafford Centre

One day during our week in England we went to the Trafford Centre! A mega-large shopping centre. I had most fun flirting at little girls who were fascinated by the water features. Here is a picture of me talking to a nice little girl. Alas she left with her mother and I had to follow mummy and daddy to find grandma and grandpa in the Cafe Nero. There we had some coffee. We went to Cafe Nero again later in the week. More about this tomorrow!

In England, the wet isle

I have been away for a while in England visiting my grandparents, aunt and uncle and my cousins! It was a cool time! It was also very wet! In fact very wet. I got to use the slide when it was covered in water! It was faster than usual and mega-exciting. I had to fly on three aeroplanes to get to Manchester and then three more to get back home! What was weirdest was that Daddy drove on the left-side of the road. Luckily everyone else was doing it too! On the day we arrived it was cousin George's birthday and we went to visit to celebrate! He got lots of presents and lots of chocolate cake. I will search through my photo album and write some more soon! I hope you have all missed my blogging while I was away.
