Swimming in the lake

Yesterday the weather was good again and I cycled to the lake on mummy's bike! Daddy cycled too, but on his bike. Morfar and mormor arrived by car. Once we got the lake we went swimming in the warm water. I had lot of fun bouncing around with everyone. We had a little rest in the middle of the swimming for a drink and some of mummy's yummy buns. After we had finished swimming we went home and daddy tried to BBQ! He created lots and lots of smoke. I played tried to walk on water in my shoes, but they just got wet and mormor said that I was not supposed to wear them in my paddling pool. I also got a new book as a present. It is the best book ever and I made mormor read it to me again and again and again. I even got her to read it to me this morning after I had woken up.

Midsummer weather

Today we have celebrated midsummer. The weather has been fantastic and I played in my paddling pool for the first time this year. It was just as much fun as I remember it being last year. We also went to Gammlia and looked at horses and people dancing. There were lots of people and four horses. After walking back through the forest daddy cooked on the BBQ. The food was good mummy thought, but I wasn't too sure. I was very good and sat cutely at the table on the deck enjoying the warm weather while mummy and daddy ate their food. As it was so hot today we had to water the garden. I enjoy watering. I wonder who will water the garden when we are in England.

High temperature

I have had a high temperature for the past two days and nights. Mummy says that this is due to the vaccination I had 10 days ago. Today I felt pretty good, but was a bit grumpy daddy claims! This evening we went for a walk to the local shop to buy some milk and then played in my sand box for a bit before going to bed. Tonight I was still awake when daddy left me. I have a sandbox

I have a sandbox! Mummy, daddy and I went to the shop and selected one to take home! Daddy and Morfar (mostly Morfar) put it together and then we put the sand morfar had brought in his car into box and then I could play in it! It is the best! Every morning I check it is still there and then ask to go out and play! It is the best.

Sleeping with my best dog

At night I like to sleep with my best dog and my bear. Tonight I cuddled my dog as I fell to sleep and hugged him all night. I was tired today as I got to go to the playground with Uncle Tomas this morning when daddy was talking at a conference and mummy was at work. We played lots. It was fun. This evening mummy and daddy took me to another playground. One I had not been to before. It was also fun. I like playing. I wonder what I will do tomorrow. Perhaps I will take daddy to the shop to buy me lots of food.

With mormor and morfar

The weather was hot hot hot this weekend and we went away to mormor and morfar's place. I had so much fun. Mummy and Daddy did lots of shopping and left me with mormor and morfar who took me to another playground! I like playgrounds. They are filled with sand and sand is such fun. On Sunday I ate lots of buns! Mummy's mormor brought them for fika and I thought they were the best and ate two before anyone noticed! Hopefully I get some more buns very soon. Perhaps Morfar will being some when he comes to visit on Thursday!

Playing in the park on Sweden Day

Yesterday I went to the adventure playground with Uncle Freddie, Aunty Jan and Uncle Luke, and mummy and daddy. We all had lots of fun, but I had the most. I wore my sun hat and played pirate in the pirate boat and bounced lots on a round bouncy thing. Daddy says that cousin Lara and cousin George have a bigger one in the garden! I can't wait to bounce on that when I am in England later this month. As well as playing we sat on the ground and ate lunch. Today I went to see the Dagis (Kindergarten) I am going to go to next term. There was lots of sand and lots of things to play with. I cannot wait! I will have so much fun.

Soon I will be a football star

Football is something I am good at! Mummy and daddy are surprised as they are not good at ball games. They hope that I become a footballer and play for Sweden or England! I just want to play for the Seagulls but mummy keeps saying that a bigger team would give me more money to buy toys!! I like that idea.

Talk Talk

Talking will be so much fun once I have worked out how to do it properly. I still managed to discuss football and watering the plants with morfar today. I tried to tell him I was wearing my Seagulls top again, but I don't think he understood that. I am sure Uncle Paul would have as he is the biggest Seagulls' fan. We went shopping today and I think mummy has been watching that Super Nanny programme as she got me involved in shopping by helping to select the mushrooms and put them in a paper bag. I tried to help with lots of other things as well but I keep taking things off of the shelve that mummy and daddy didn't want.

Like George, Like Noel

I like chocolate almost as much as my cousin George! Yesterday afternoon we went out to Uncle Luke and Aunty Jan's for a BBQ. The food was good, but the chocolate pot was the best. I want more of this, but I don't get much of it at home. Perhaps I get some on George's birthday. I hope so!

Trying for size

Today I got to try out daddy's PhD gown for size! It was a bit too big but fun to wear and pretend to be Harry Potter. I also got to help plant the potatoes; I got a bit confused and thought they were eggs. Yesterday I helped daddy make a cake and we cracked and broke the eggs into the flour and potatoes look as like eggs. I keep trying to crack them open before putting them in the ground.
